▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Promoting germination and seedling root development of tartary buckwheat seed comprises germination treatment, sowing, transplanting seedling and seedling sampling. The sowing process comprises using graphene oxide UP suspension for germinating disc water culture and adding solution to not greater than 1/3 height of the seeds based on evaporation amount. USE - The method is useful for promoting germination and seedling root development of tartary buckwheat seed. ADVANTAGE - The method: has simple operation; is economical; can provide new ideas and methods for field production practice of tartary buckwheat and researches on related fields of physiological and biochemical mechanisms like root-shoot relationship, material transportation, breeding, and stress resistance; makes the roots easy to separate and less entangled, which can reduce root damage during the sampling process; ensures the integrity of the root system, and facilitates the development of corresponding experimental studies. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a hydroponic tartary buckwheat seed obtained by the above method.
