The dispersant is sodium hexametaphosphate. The plasticizer is maleic acid. The drying agent is aluminum stearate. The amount of adhesive, dispersant, plasticizers and drying agent are 1-1.2 wt.% the total weight of the mixed powder. The filler is carbon black. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous electric heating material has good electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Aqueous electric heating material comprises multi-layer graphene powder, carbon nanotube powder, adhesive, dispersant, plasticizers, drying agent and filler. The mass ratio of multi-layer graphene powder and carbon nanotube powder is 1:1-5. The adhesive is an aqueous epoxy resin and aqueous acrylic resin in the mass ratio of 1:1. The dispersant is sodium hexametaphosphate. The plasticizer is maleic acid. The drying agent is aluminum stearate. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing aqueous electric heating material comprising uniformly mixing multi-layer graphene powder and carbon nanotube powder, uniformly mixing with surfactant in the reaction kettle, where the surfactant comprises 90-95 wt.% ethanol and pure water in the mass ratio of 1:1, soaking for 20-40 minutes for clarification treatment, pre-washing, introducing into dispersion stirrer, adding adhesive, stirring at 1000-2000 rotations/minute for 20-30 minutes, adding dispersant, plasticizers, drying agent and fillers, mixing uniformly, and grinding for 20-40 minutes, filtering and packaging, to obtain the final product.
