▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of carbon-coated silicon iron carbon composite cathode material comprises grinding ferrosilicon alloy coarse powder to obtain nano-particles; using acid to process nano-particles until no bubble is generated; and using carbon source to coat porous ferrosilicon alloy nano-particles and carbonizing. USE - The method is used for preparing carbon-coated silicon iron carbon composite cathode material for lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite cathode material can obviously improve the cycle life, capacity characteristic, and charge and discharge rate characteristics of the battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) silicon iron carbon composite cathode material; and (2) lithium ion battery comprising silicon-iron-carbon composite cathode material.
