▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An aqueous zinc-dual-halogen battery electrolyte is an aqueous electrolyte containing zinc ions, halogen ions and electrolyte additives. The total molar concentration of zinc ion and halogen ion is 6-10 M. The molar ratio of halogen ion and zinc ion is 1.16-1.5:1. The molar concentration of electrolyte additive is 0.1-0.5 M. USE - Electrolyte used for aqueous zinc-dual-halogen battery (claimed) used in mobile electronic device and electric vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous zinc-double-halogen battery has high battery capacity and energy density. The electrolyte solution additive can protect the zinc anode at high voltage, avoid the formation of zinc dendrites on its surface, prevent the zinc dendrites from piercing the separator, improve the cycle stability of the battery, and improve the electrochemical performance of the battery. The reaction mechanism is improved so that the two halide ions such as iodine and bromine, can be fixed to each other to generate inter-halogen compounds that can exist stably, which can effectively avoid the hydrolysis of iodine ions and the dissolution of halogen elements. The multi-electron conversion reaction based on the combination of I/I0/I+ four-electron conversion and Br/Br0 conversion is realized, which increases the capacity and energy density of the battery and significantly improves the electrochemical performance of the battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for an aqueous zinc-dual-halogen battery.
