NOVELTY - A fuser member (200) comprises substrate layer (210), and a surface layer disposed on the substrate layer, where the surface layer comprising a fluoropolymer having dispersed in it fluorinated graphene particles. USE - As fuser member (claimed), used in electrophotographic imaging apparatuses, including digital, image on image. ADVANTAGE - The fuser member has a low surface energy that is durable and easily manufactured. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) making a fuser member involving obtaining a fuser member comprising an intermediate layer disposed on a substrate, coating a composition of fluoropolymer particles, fluorinated graphene particles and a solvent on the intermediate layer to form a coated layer, and heating the coated layer to a temperature of 80-380 degrees C, where solvent is removed and the fluoropolymer particles melt or cure to form a release layer; and (2) member comprising substrate, an intermediate layer disposed on the substrate, and a surface layer disposed on the intermediate layer, where the surface layer comprises a fluoropolymer having dispersed in it fluorinated graphene particles.
