NOVELTY - A wear-resistant rubber sealing ring comprises 60-75 pts. wt. 26-type fluororubber, 10-30 pts. wt. 23-type fluororubber, 10-20 pts. wt. silicone rubber, 1-15 pts. wt. graphene, 10-30 pts. wt. white carbon black, 0.05-2 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 2-3 pts. wt. magnesia, 1-1.5 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, and 2-8 pts. wt. bisphenol AF. USE - Wear-resistant rubber sealing ring. ADVANTAGE - The fluororubber has excellent high-temperature resistance and oil resistance. The silicone rubber has excellent low-temperature resistance. The combined use of fluororubber and silicone rubber greatly improves the temperature resistance and oil resistance, and expands the use of occasions. The layer structure of graphene has a certain self-lubricating effect, which can reduce the friction coefficient of the combined rubber surface to a certain extent, can directly improve the physical properties of the rubber, and improve the wear resistance of the rubber sealing ring. The joint use of graphene, white carbon black and 3-mercaptopropyltriethoxysilane effectively improves the wear resistance of the rubber seal ring made of fluoroelastomer and silicone rubber, and prolongs the service life of the rubber seal ring.
