▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Graphene healthcare sock comprises 1-10 wt.% carboxylated graphene, 1-10 wt.% tourmaline, 1-10 wt.% antibacterial complex material, and polymer material (remaining amount) as sock body, and 10-25 pts. wt. gelatin, 20-35 pts. wt. Eucalyptus oil, 5-15 pts. wt. sodium hexametaphosphate, 1-3 pts. wt. bonding diluent, 10-25 pts. wt. pyrophyllite, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. alkyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether, 100-200 pts. wt. distilled water, 5-15 pts. wt. sisal fiber, and 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. purified terephthalic acid as soaking liquid. USE - The sock is useful for sterilizing and promoting blood circulation (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sock: improves the antibacterial and healthcare effects of the fiber material; increases the strength of the fiber; and improves the hand feeling and water resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene healthcare sock, comprising (i) extracting pyrophyllite according to their composition, grinding into 200-300 particles, adding alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether and distilled water according to their composition, uniformly stirring for 20-30 minutes, mixing and stirring 15 pts. wt. gelatin, 25 pts. wt. eucalyptus oil, sodium hexametaphosphate, sisal fiber and purified terephthalic acid according to their composition, and adding bonding diluent to form a slurry, (ii) crushing the carboxylated graphene and tourmaline to 300-400 meshes, (iii) uniformly stirring the carboxylated graphene, tourmaline, and antibacterial complex material according to their composition, (iv) extruding the uniformly stirred mixed material into a double-screw extruding, and spinning to obtain sock body fiber, (v) soaking the prepared sock body fiber in the slurry obtained in the step (i) for 30 minutes, mixing and uniformly stirring, introducing the spinning fiber in a ventilated place for air drying, and (vi) washing the spinning fiber, bleaching, oiling, drying, and spinning.
