NOVELTY - Preparing a graphene masterbatch comprises e.g. adding graphene slurry, organic solvent, dispersant, and pH adjuster, where the organic solvent is hydrocarbon solvent and dispersing agent is polyester phosphate amine salt, a polycarboxylic acid amine salt, a polyether dispersant, a polyethylene dispersant, and a silane coupling agent, pH adjusting agent is sodium carbonate, sodium hydrogencarbonate, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, ammonia water, ammonium hydrogencarbonate, mixing all of the above graphene slurry, dispersant, and organic solvent, grinding, rotating, and slowly adding a pH adjuster during the grinding, and the remaining organic solvent is adjusted and performing the grinding to obtain a graphene dispersion, mixing the glue to the obtained graphene dispersion with the rubber glue, stirring to obtain a mixed glue, and drying the mixed glue. USE - The method is useful for preparing a graphene masterbatch. ADVANTAGE - The method does not utilizes water in the preparation process, removes the organic solvent by drying process, and produces masterbatch having good dispersion glue. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing a graphene masterbatch comprises (i) adding 10-333 pts. wt. graphene slurry, 50-500 pts. wt. organic solvent, 0.1-2 pts. wt. dispersant, and 0.1-2 pts. wt. pH adjuster and the mass concentration of graphene in the graphene slurry is 3-5 wt.%, where the organic solvent is hydrocarbon solvent and dispersing agent is polyester phosphate amine salt, a polycarboxylic acid amine salt, a polyether dispersant, a polyethylene dispersant, and a silane coupling agent, pH adjusting agent is sodium carbonate, sodium hydrogencarbonate, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, ammonia water, ammonium hydrogencarbonate; (ii) mixing all of the above graphene slurry, dispersant, and organic solvent, grinding at 3-5 degrees C, rotating at 2000-3000 rpm for 4.5-5 hours, and slowly adding a pH adjuster during the grinding, and the remaining organic solvent is adjusted to a pH of 7-8 and performing the grinding to obtain a graphene dispersion, mixing the glue to the obtained graphene dispersion with the rubber glue, stirring at 1000-2000 rpm for 30 minutes to obtain a mixed glue, where the rubber latex having a mass concentration of 15-35%; and (iii) drying the mixed glue obtained in the step (ii).
