NOVELTY - Micro-nano thermal fuse safety switch comprises a device main body. The basic element of the device main body is a graphene drum structure device, and drum structure (3) formed by graphene suspended on a substrate with nano cavities (201). USE - Used as micro-nano thermal fuse safety switch. ADVANTAGE - The switch avoids the occurrence of heat and other dangerous situations, radius of the nano cavity and depth, and meets different critical temperature requirements. When the temperature around the device rises to a critical temperature, the adsorbed graphene will detach from the bottom of the substrate under the action of temperature and restore a flat shape to cut off the circuit, and will not be melted so that it can be used multiple times, the drum structure will not self-reset by the occurrence of an external normal load situation.
