DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of doped graphene self-assembled composite film on aluminum alloy surface involves removing an aluminum layer on the surface of the aluminum alloy using sodium hydroxide solution with the concentration of 30-60 g/L, smoothly polishing with 600#, 1000# and 1200# abrasive paper, ultrasonically cleaning with analytically pure ethanol for 5-15 minutes, ultrasonically shaking for 5-30 minutes in deionized water, etching for 5-30 minutes with a hydrofluoric acid solution having a concentration of 2-6 mol/L, again etching for 10-30 minutes in a hydrochloric acid solution having a concentration of 2-10 mol/L, washing 2-3 times with deionized water, drying at 80-120 degrees C to obtain treated aluminum alloy, preparing a solution with a total volume of 23-100 mL containing 20-65 mL absolute ethanol, 1-5 mL bis(( gamma )-triethoxysilylpropyl) tetrasulfide, 1-10 mL polyethylene glycol 200 and 1-20 mL potassium sulfide aqueous solution with a concentration of 100 g/L, adjusting the pH of the solution to 2-6 with acetic acid, stirring the solution in a magnetic stirrer at 20-50 degrees C for 1-5 hours, adding 1-80 mg reduced graphene, ultrasonically dispersing for 20-120 minutes to prepare a mixed solution, immersing the treated aluminum alloy in the mixed solution for 30-120 minutes, taking out, ultrasonically cleaning in deionized water to remove unreacted small molecules and solvents on the surface of the aluminum alloy, and solidifying in a vacuum oven at 80-120 degrees C for 1-3 hours.
