NOVELTY - The isolator has a wire-grid polarizer (2) connected with a metal column in a parallel manner. A Faraday rotator (3) is connected with a silicon substrate (4), a silicon dioxide substrate (5) and a single graphene layer (6). The silicon substrate and the single graphene layer are connected with a voltage source (7). Bias magnetic field is formed in the Faraday rotator. An isolator unit is connected with the voltage source along isolation direction to form the bias magnetic field. USE - Graphene magneto-electric double-adjustable isolator. ADVANTAGE - The isolator is compact in structure, and obtains isolation characteristics, reduces power capacity and realizes quick heat dissipation operation.
