NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene oxide nano-material comprises sonicating graphene oxide powder in deionized water to obtain graphene oxide aqueous solution, adding to round bottom flask, slowly adding butanol, standing for 10 minutes, slowly introducing nitrogen or carbon dioxide from the bottom of flask through quartz tube while water bath heating at constant temperature, and standing for 2 hours; suctioning lower layer liquid through glass pipette, continuously shaking flask for 5 minutes, transferring liquid in flask to a beaker, and standing for 5 minutes; and preparing mixed solution of tetrabutyl titanate and absolute ethanol, slowly dropping to beaker through glass dropper, stirring with glass rod, centrifugally washing, drying residual precipitate, and heating under air atmosphere.
