NOVELTY - Polymer automatic inflation tire repairing liquid comprises 20-40 pts. wt. modified polyurethane resin, 6-14 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol fiber, 10-20 pts. wt. polystyrene acid resin, 1-5 pts. wt. nano microcrystalline particle, 1-5 pts. wt. nano active carbon, 1-5 pts. wt. vinyl acetate, 4-8 pts. wt. silicic acid gel, 10-15 pts. wt. anti-freezing agent, 0.1-1 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.5-3 pts. wt. surfactant, 2-6 pts. wt. styrene-butadiene-styrene, 2-6 pts. wt. isophorone and 25-45 pts. wt. solvent. USE - Used as polymer automatic inflation tire repairing liquid. ADVANTAGE - The polymer automatic inflation tire repairing liquid: has good film-forming property, water and good impact resistance, good adhesive force and air tightness and high hardness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing polymer automatic inflation tire repairing liquid, comprising (i) dispersing the modified polyurethane resin, nano microcrystalline particles, nano active carbon and surfactant in the solvent, adding into reaction device, heating and stirring to obtain the mixture A; (ii) mixing the polystyrene acid resin, polyvinyl alcohol fiber, vinyl acetate, silicic acid gel and styrene-butadiene-styrene, heating and stirring to obtain the mixture B; and (iii) adding the mixture B obtained in the step (ii) into the mixture A obtained in step (i), adding the isophorone, anti-freezing agent and antioxidant, heating, stirring, cooling to normal temperature and filtering to obtain the filtrate.
