NOVELTY - Invention relates to micro- and nano-electronics and can be used in instrument making, power engineering, electronics, in mobile communication devices as a low-voltage power supply. Proposed supercapacitor includes negative electrode (4) and positive electrode (5) containing doped graphene and layer (6) with ionic conductivity between positive and negative electrodes (4), (5), herewith the type of alloying graphene on positive electrode (4) is opposite to the type of alloying graphene on negative electrode (5). USE - Micro- and nano-electronics. ADVANTAGE - Increased specific capacitance of the supercapacitor is the technical result of the invention.
