▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Modified basalt flake anti-seeping concrete comprises 170-200 pts. wt. common silicate cement, 10-50 pts. wt. fly ash, 400-600 pts. wt. gravel, 300-400 pts. wt. sand, 50-70 pts. wt. basalt flake, 0.4-0.6 pts. wt. graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. water reducing agent, 1-2 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 1-2 pts. wt. slag wool, 16-15 pts. wt. sepiolite, 30-40 pts. wt. asphalt, 1-2 pts. wt. triethanolamine, 6-8 pts. wt. boron oxide, 7-10 pts. wt. sodium metaaluminate, 1-4 pts. wt. aluminum sulfate, 20-30 pts. wt. acrylic solution, 1-5 pts. wt. sodium methyl silicate, and 60-100 pts. wt. water. USE - Modified basalt flake anti-seeping concrete. ADVANTAGE - The modified basalt flake anti-seeping concrete improves the anti-seepage performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing modified basalt flake anti-seeping concrete, which involves: (A) perfroming surface modification of basalt scales, then oxidizing graphene and performing ultrasonic treatment to form graphene dispersed in granular form; (B) mixing graphene, asphalt, triethanolamine, boron oxide, sodium metaaluminate, aluminum sulfate, styrene solution, sodium methyl silicate, and grinding for a predetermined second time, further mixing with water, and stirring uniformly, to obtain mixed slurry; (C) adding ordinary common silicate cement, sand, gravel, surface-modified basalt scales, slag wool and sepiolite to a mixer for slow drying for a predetermined third period of time until uniform mixing to obtain mixed slurry; and (D) pouring the obtained mixed slurry into the mixer and stirred, and then adding water to the mixer to stir the reaction for a predetermined time to obtain desired product.
