▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Two-dimensional molecular crystal-graphene oxide heterojunction comprises semiconductor materials and nanomaterials composed of two-dimensional molecular crystals of planar conjugated organic small molecules and graphene oxide. USE - The two-dimensional molecular crystal-graphene oxide heterojunction is useful in the field of optoelectronic technology (claimed), and photoelectric synapses and wide-band, low-power, ultra-sensitive light detection fields. ADVANTAGE - The two-dimensional molecular crystal-graphene oxide heterojunction: is suitable for a variety of planar conjugated organic small molecular materials; and has large area, controllable thickness and uniformity. The method: utilizes wide raw materials; and has strong universality, economical, and simple operation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a two-dimensional molecular crystal-graphene oxide heterojunction.
