NOVELTY - An ion pair purification column comprises an adsorption medium for absorbing impurities in a reagent, where the adsorption medium is selected from polystyrene and its derivatives, polyacrylate and its derivatives, styrene-methacrylate copolymer and its derivatives, agarose and its derivatives, and reversed-phase bonding silica gel, hybrid reverse bonding silica gel, active carbon, resin carbon, graphene, sintering PTFE or sintering polyethylene. USE - Used as ion pair purification column. ADVANTAGE - The column: effectively eliminates the phenomenon caused by the ion pair flowing phase with impurity on the basis of not changing the existing condition, and the effect of removing the model peak is very obvious; solves the problem caused by the model peak; and greatly saves the manpower and material resources.
