▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene heat dissipation film with high performance and low defect comprises preparation of slurry by dispersing graphene oxide and organic dispersant in deionized water, mechanically stirring, homogenizing and defoaming to form uniform slurry; coating the slurry into wet film, drying at 40-120 degrees C, and forming graphene oxide dry film; carbonizing the graphene oxide dry film at 200-1500 degrees C under vacuum condition for 1-10 hours, so that the graphene oxide is reduced; graphitization process by transferring the processed graphene film to graphitizing furnace, under the protection of inert gas at 2300-3000 degrees C, keeping the temperature for 30-360 minutes to obtain graphene foam film; and rolling on graphene radiating mold to obtain graphene foam film with high density and high thermal conductivity. USE - The method is for preparation of graphene heat dissipation film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene heat dissipation film has good thermal diffusion effect, high thermal conductivity, high performance and low defect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for high performance graphene heat dissipation film having thickness of 40-300 mu m and heat conducting coefficient of 1200-1500 W/mK.
