NOVELTY - Preparing hollow poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-poly (styrene sulfonate) (PEDOT-PSS) fiber comprises adding anhydrous ethanol in the calcium chloride aqueous solution to prepare the coagulating bath which can be recycled, heating, extracting spinning concentrated solution and coagulation bath by two injectors and connecting two nested coaxial cylindrical needle heads, connecting the injector for extracting spinning concentrated solution with the outer diameter needle head, connecting the injector for extracting coagulation bath with the inner diameter needle head, injecting the coagulation bath into the coagulation bath through the coaxial spinning needle to obtain the initial molding fiber, taking out the initial formed fiber from the coagulation bath and transferring, taking out, cleaning the residual concentrated sulfuric acid with deionized water and placing into oven to obtain the hollow poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-poly (styrene sulfonate) fiber. USE - The fiber is useful in flexible energy storage or sensing. ADVANTAGE - The method: has good mechanical performance and electrochemical performance; adopts the reusable inorganic salt of green environmental protection, ethanol and aqueous mixed solution as coagulation bath; combines with simple chemical reagent treatment; is safety and environment friendly; saves the raw material by filling the uniform hollow structure with silver nano wires; shortens the dissolution time of calcium chloride and reduces the contact time between the dissolved carbon dioxide gas and the outside air and the generation of slightly soluble calcium carbonate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing hollow poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-poly (styrene sulfonate) fiber comprises (a) adding anhydrous ethanol in the calcium chloride aqueous solution to prepare the coagulating bath which can be recycled, (b) preparing initial forming fiber: heating and concentrating is 20-70% of the initial raw liquid mass of spinning concentrated solution, where the mass concentration is 1-5.3%, the mass ratio of poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) and poly (styrene sulfonate) is 1: 2-5 of poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-poly (styrene sulfonate) raw liquid, extracting spinning concentrated solution and coagulation bath by two injectors with inner diameter of 0.9 mm and volume of 2.5 ml and connecting two nested coaxial cylindrical needle heads, connecting the injector for extracting spinning concentrated solution with the outer diameter needle head, connecting the injector for extracting coagulation bath with the inner diameter needle head, where the spinning concentrated solution is vertical to the uniform and constant injection speed and injecting the coagulation bath into the coagulation bath through the coaxial spinning needle to obtain the initial molding fiber, allowing to stand and soaking the initial molding fiber in the coagulating bath for 10-60 minutes, where the diameter of the outer diameter needle head of the coaxial spinning needle head is as 1.25-0.2 mm, the diameter of the inner diameter needle head is 0.4-0.1 mm, the length of the outer diameter needle head is 11-12 mm, the inner diameter needle head is 23-25 mm and the inner diameter needle head is protruded 1 mm and (c) preparing molded fibers: taking out the initial formed fiber from the coagulation bath and transferring to the organic solution to soak for 10-80 minutes, taking out and placing into oven at 90-200℃ for heat treatment for 5-20 minutes, taking out and transferring to the inorganic acid to soak for 10-180 minutes, taking out, cleaning the residual concentrated sulfuric acid with deionized water and placing into oven at 120-200℃ to heat for 5-30 minutes to obtain the hollow poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-poly (styrene sulfonate) fiber.
