▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A raw material composition comprises wood pulp fiber, conductive agent, and dispersant. The mass ratio of the wood pulp fiber and the conductive agent is 1:(0.2-0.5). The mass ratio of the wood pulp fiber and the dispersant is 1:(0.01-0.1). The length of the wood pulp fiber is 5-20 microm. USE - The raw material composition is useful for preparing aggregate material used in preparation of non-metal current collector of cathode material, which is useful in lithium-ion battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The raw material composition provides aggregate material, which has high mechanical strength, conductivity, and adhesion property, and can effectively reduce the weight ratio of the current collector in the lithium-ion battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of an aggregate material; (2) a non-metal current collector, which comprises the aggregate material with a thickness of 3-8 microm, and a modified carbon layer fiber attached to the surface of the aggregate material. The thickness of the modified carbon layer fiber is 5-12 microm. The modified carbon fiber is prepared by mixing and stirring raw material of the modified carbon fiber to obtain a mixed solution, extruding the mixed solution to obtain fiber with a diameter of 1-5 microm, and extruding by using a twin-screw extruder. The raw material of the modified carbon fiber comprises polypropylene fiber, conductive fiber, heteroatom precursor and binder. The mass ratio of the polypropylene fiber and the conductive fiber is 1:(5-20). The mass ratio of the polypropylene fiber and the heteroatom precursor is 1:(0.1-1). The mass ratio of the polypropylene fiber and the binder is 1:(0.1-1). The heteroatom precursor is nitrogen-containing organic matter, sulfur-containing organic matter and/or phosphorus-containing organic matter; and (3) preparation of the non-metal current collector.
