NOVELTY - Apparatus (1000) comprises: frame unit providing working space for three dimensional (3D) printing and two dimensional (2D) printing; base plate (200) installed at lower end of frame part (100); resin tank installed on base plate and storing photocurable polymer resin; liquid crystal mask technology (MSLA) type 3D printing unit installed below the resin tank to form insulating substrate having 3D structure in the resin tank, it is installed on the upper end of the frame part and interlocks with the 3D printing part to reciprocate the build plate in vertical direction with respect to the resin tank to form 3D insulating substrate; 2D printing unit installed at lower end of the frame unit to form circuit board on which circuit pattern is printed by spraying metal nano ink onto the insulating substrate; sintering unit for sintering the circuit board; and control unit for controlling driving of the 3D printing unit. USE - The apparatus is useful for manufacturing printed circuit board using photocurable polymer and metal nano-ink. ADVANTAGE - The apparatus: reduces the manufacturing time of one printed circuit board by manufacturing a printed circuit board step by step through a single machine that combines MSLA technology and a plotter; and precisely controls the soldering of surface-mount device devices through the MSLA 3D printing type LCD, thus obtaining high printing precision.
