NOVELTY - Graphite oxide obtained by treating natural graphite, and phenyl isocyanate are reacted in N,N-dimethylformamide at 60-90 degrees C for 12-48 hours, extracted, filtered, washed and dried to obtain functionalized graphite oxide. The obtained oxide and polyvinyl carbazole are treated with ultrasonic wave for 0.5-2 hours in organic solvent, reducing agent is added, reacted at 60-100 degrees C for 24-48 hours, product is added into methanol, precipitated, filtered and vacuum-dried to obtain polyvinyl carbazole/graphene composite material. USE - Manufacture of polyvinyl carbazole/graphene composite material used for photoelectric information material. ADVANTAGE - The polyvinyl carbazole/graphene composite material is economically manufactured with improved carrier transmission characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphite oxide having one or more layers is obtained by treating natural graphite by chemical oxidation method. The graphite oxide and phenyl isocyanate are reacted in N,N-dimethylformamide at 60-90 degrees C for 12-48 hours, extracted, filtered, washed and dried to obtain functionalized graphite oxide. The ratio of graphite oxide with respect to phenyl isocyanate is 50 mg:1-5 mmol. The obtained oxide and polyvinyl carbazole are treated with ultrasonic wave for 0.5-2 hours in organic solvent, reducing agent is added, reacted at 60-100 degrees C for 24-48 hours, product is added into methanol, precipitated, filtered and vacuum-dried, to obtain polyvinyl carbazole/graphene composite material. The ratio of functionalized graphite oxide with respect to polyvinyl carbazole (mg) is 50:2-10. The ratio of polyvinyl carbazole with respect to reducing agent (mg) is 50:2-6.
