NOVELTY - Preparing outdoor anti-aging cable material comprises (1) taking dicumyl peroxide, graft monomer, graphene filler and acetone, uniformly stirring and spraying into the base polyethylene, adding antioxidant and zinc dimethyl dithiocarbamate, ventilating and volatilizing acetone, and melting and extruding to obtain polyethylene masterbatch A, (2) taking dicumyl peroxide, graft monomer, graphene filler and acetone, (3) taking dicumyl peroxide, graft monomer, graphene filler and acetone, and melting and extruding to obtain polyethylene masterbatch C, and (4) taking polyethylene masterbatch A, polyethylene masterbatch B, polyethylene masterbatch C, base polyethylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) and carbon black, mixing for 5-10 minutes, adding lubricant and flame retardant, continuing mixing for 8-15 minutes, banburying, extruding and granulating, and drying to obtain a cable material. USE - The method is useful for preparing outdoor anti-aging cable material, which is useful in power grid construction engineering. ADVANTAGE - The cable material has excellent mechanical properties, high overall strength, excellent water and solvent resistance, and higher practicability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing outdoor anti-aging cable material comprises (1) taking dicumyl peroxide, graft monomer, graphene filler and acetone, uniformly stirring and spraying into the base polyethylene, adding antioxidant and zinc dimethyl dithiocarbamate, ventilating and volatilizing acetone, and melting and extruding to obtain polyethylene masterbatch A, where the graft monomer is butyl acrylate, and the amount of the graphene filler is 2-3 wt.% of the base polyethylene, (2) taking dicumyl peroxide, graft monomer, graphene filler and acetone, uniformly stirring and spraying into the base polyethylene, adding antioxidant and zinc dimethyl dithiocarbamate, ventilating and volatilizing acetone, and melting and extruding to obtain polyethylene masterbatch B, where the graft monomer is neopentyl glycol diacrylate, and the amount of the graphene filler is 1.5-2.5 wt.% of the base polyethylene, (3) taking dicumyl peroxide, graft monomer, graphene filler and acetone, uniformly stirring and spraying into the base polyethylene, adding antioxidant and zinc dimethyl dithiocarbamate, ventilating and volatilizing acetone, and melting and extruding to obtain polyethylene masterbatch C, where the graft monomer is pentaerythritol tetraacrylate, and the amount of the graphene filler is 0.8-1.2 wt.% of the base polyethylene, and (4) taking polyethylene masterbatch A, polyethylene masterbatch B, polyethylene masterbatch C, base polyethylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) and carbon black, mixing for 5-10 minutes, adding lubricant and flame retardant, continuing mixing for 8-15 minutes, banburying, extruding and granulating, and drying to obtain a cable material. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for outdoor anti-aging cable material prepared by the above preparation method.
