▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene/silicon carbide-reinforced aluminum matrix composite material comprises a graphene-coated silicon carbide composite material and a metallic aluminum matrix. The graphene-coated silicon carbide composite material is uniformly distributed in the aluminum matrix. The content of aluminum matrix and graphene-coated silicon carbide composite material is 92-96 %mass and 4-8 %mass, respectively. The graphene-coated silicon carbide composite material comprises 10-20 %mass graphene and 80-90 %mass beta -silicon carbide nanoparticles. The graphene sheet layer is coated on the surface of the beta -silicon carbide nanoparticles. USE - Graphene/silicon carbide-reinforced aluminum matrix composite material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene/silicon carbide-reinforced aluminum matrix composite material has high strength, compactness and electroconductivity, and excellent mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene/silicon carbide-reinforced aluminum matrix composite material, which involves selecting flaky graphite having thickness of less than 30 mu m and beta -silicon carbide nanoparticles having particle diameter of 40-60 nm, ball-milling graphite and beta -silicon carbide nanoparticles using anhydrous ethanol and distilled water, drying, obtaining graphene-coated silicon carbide composite material, coating aluminum nanoparticles on the graphene-coated silicon carbide composite material, ball-milling in a reducing atmosphere, and hot-pressing.
