NOVELTY - The structure has a substrate layer whose side part is formed on a gas flow channel. Another side of the substrate layer is formed on a micro-porous layer. The micro-porous layer is coated with a copper-graphene composite film, where thickness of a diffusion layer structure and the micro-porous layer is determined for about 4 mm and 0.2 mm, depth of the gas flow channel is determined for about 2.5 mm and mass percentage of a carbon nano-tube is determined for about 2-5%. USE - Fuel cell gas diffusion layer structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a fuel cell gas diffusion layer structure constructing method.
