▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The multi-layer fabric has a binder which is set between a base fabric and a polyethylene film. The raw material of the base fabric comprises reducing graphene oxide/banana fiber, polypropylene fiber, polyamide fiber. The polyethylene film is hydrophilic porous polyethylene film. The binder is a multifunctional copolymer. The hydrophilic porous polyethylene film is prepared by using sodium persulfate modified porous polyethylene film. The thickness of the porous polyethylene film is 22 to 28g/m2. USE - Antistatic dust-proof polyethylene multi-layer fabric. ADVANTAGE - The multi-layer fabric has effective antistatic, reduces the fabric's attraction to suspended matter in the air and achieves dust-proof effect using the three-layer structure to form a continuous electrostatic charge transfer and dissipation path or network. The use of a hydrophilic porous polyethylene film, a binder containing phosphoric acid groups, and a base fabric containing reduced graphene oxide synergistically generate flame retardance.
