▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The laser has a pumping source (1) connected with a pumping input end of a wavelength division multiplexing optical fiber coupler (2). A common end of the wavelength division multiplexing optical fiber coupler is connected with a gain optical fiber (3). An end of the gain optical fiber is connected with an output coupler (4). The wavelength division multiplexing optical fiber coupler, the gain optical fiber, the output coupler, a single-mode optical fiber (5), a circulator (6) and a polarization controller (8) forms an annular cavity structure. USE - Graphene passive mode-locking optical fiber laser. ADVANTAGE - The laser adopts a graphene saturable absorber as a passive mode-locking device so as to avoid additional components from a modulation source and realize high stability, high power, high energy, and high efficiency of an ultra-short pulse laser output. The laser is inexpensive, simple to manufacture and saturable in absorption spectrum range width with respect to semiconductor saturable absorption mirror and a carbon nanotubes lock mold technology. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of a graphene passive mode-locking optical fiber laser.
