▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing two-dimensional magnetic iron germanium telluride nanosheet and graphene nanosheet composite material, comprises mixing iron germanium telluride powder with acetone, then carrying out ultrasonic liquid phase stripping in an ice bath environment for 8-20 hours, vacuum filtering and washing to obtain iron germanium telluride nanosheets, mixing iron germanium telluride nanosheets with graphite and 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, carrying out ultrasonic liquid phase dissociation in an ice bath environment for 1-5 hours, then vacuum filtering, washing, and vacuum drying to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing two-dimensional magnetic iron germanium telluride nanosheet and graphene nanosheet composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has excellent microwave absorption performance and wide application prospect; and has maximum reflection loss of 44.43 dB for microwaves with a frequency of 9.9 GHz when the thickness is only 1.45 mm. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) two-dimensional magnetic iron germanium telluride nanosheet and graphene nano sheet composite material obtained by above method; and (2) microwave absorbing material comprising two-dimensional magnetic iron germanium telluride nano sheet and graphene nano sheet composite material.
