▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The preparation method of nitrogen-doped three-dimensional graphene involves adding nitrogen-containing organic polymer to transition metal nitrate in a mass ratio of 0.2-5:1, uniformly mixing, milling the mixture under inert gas atmosphere and then increasing the temperature at 800-1200 degrees C, carbonizing the mixture for 4-6 hours and then cooling to room temperature to obtain a graphene-metal compound, placing the graphene-metal compound in an acidic solution and then stirring for 24-72 hours, filtering the mixture and then washing, and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparation of nitrogen-doped three-dimensional graphene, which is useful in energy source, environmental, sensor and biologic analysis applications. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and economical preparation of nitrogen-doped three-dimensional graphene with high yield, excellent large specific surface area, conductivity, electrical properties and catalytic properties and high nitrogen content. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of nitrogen-doped three-dimensional graphene involves adding nitrogen-containing organic polymer to transition metal nitrate in a mass ratio of 0.2-5:1, uniformly mixing, milling the mixture under inert gas atmosphere and then increasing the temperature at 800-1200 degrees C under a speed of 5-15 degrees C/minute, carbonizing the mixture for 4-6 hours and then cooling to room temperature to obtain a graphene-metal compound, placing the graphene-metal compound in an acidic solution and then stirring for 24-72 hours, filtering the mixture and then washing, and drying.
