NOVELTY - The method involves detecting fluorescence intensity and nanometer metal concentration. Graphene quantum point solution and nanometer gold solution are tested. A linear relation map is established based on concentration values of the nanometer gold solution and the graphene quantum point solution. The nanometer gold material solution, the nanometer gold solution, standard solution and testing solution are mixed. Graphene quantum point and alkene quantum point are detected. USE - Nanometer gold quantum point detection method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simplifying a nanometer gold quantum point detection process, and providing high sensitivity and better selectivity.
