NOVELTY - The method involves preparing (S1) a graphene layer on front and rear surfaces of a glass layer. The graphene layer on the front and rear surfaces of the glass layer is etched according to a predetermined pattern of a sensor (S2). The front surface of the graphene layer is provided with a cover layer (S3). A copper foil surface is formed on a grow single- layer graphene layer by utilizing a normal pressure cvd process. A thermal expansion tape is adhered on the copper foil surface. The thermal expansion tape is covered with the graphenel layer. The graphene layer is formed on the glass layer. USE - Full screen fingerprint identification capacitive touch screen manufacturing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables realizing the touch screen to obtain fingerprint identification ability, obtaining a full screen fingerprint identification, and reducing manufacturing cost and volume of an electronic device.
