NOVELTY - Manufacture of guardrail with improved night visibility involves pre-treating the guardrail, painting the pre-treated surface of the guardrail with a powder coating, heat treating and drying the painted guide rail. The powder coating comprises 100 pts. wt. weather resistant polyester resin, 2-10 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.1-10 pts. wt. curing accelerator, 10-50 pts. wt. phosphorescent pigment, 1-5 pts. wt. fluorescent pigment, 1-5 pts. wt. N-β -aminoethyl-γ -aminopropyl methyldimethoxysilane compound, 0.1-2 pt. wt. octocynol, and 1-2 pts. wt. graphene flakes. The graphene flakes have a thickness of 0.1-10 nm and an area of 0.1-100 nm2. USE - Manufacture of guardrail (claimed) used for inside or outside of main line rail to prevent accident caused by derailment of train wheels and prevents car from falling off road on mountain road or winding road. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and economical, and provides guardrail having excellent durability, adhesiveness, stain resistance, and night visibility, and enables drivers to drive safely by increasing the night visibility and durability.
