▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The preparation of graphene modified metal involves stirring 115 mL concentrated sulfuric acid, 5 g of graphite and 2.5 g of sodium nitrate, adding 35 g of potassium permanganate, heating to 35degreesC, adding 230 mL of deionized water, heating for 30 minutes to obtain graphite oxide; stirring the graphite oxide, potassium ferrate, phosphorus pentoxide, sulfuric acid and nitric acid as an intercalation agent, and potassium permanganate as a catalytic oxidant to obtain premixed graphite oxide; pouring concentrated sulfuric acid, cooling, mixing the premixed graphite oxide, intercalation agent and oxidant; heating at 98 degrees Celsius, carrying out suction filtration, washing with 10 wt.% of dilute hydrochloric acid, dispersing the product in deionized water, and performing ultrasonic oscillation for 3 hours to obtain a graphene oxide solution; and drying the graphene oxide solution at 78-82 degrees Celsius, grinding to obtain graphene oxide and carrying out solid-liquid separation. USE - Preparation method of graphene modified metal used as raw material of transparent electronic product such as transparent touch display screen, light emitting plate and solar panel. ADVANTAGE - The method uses the expandable graphite is used as a raw material, so that the price is low, the cost is low, the graphene is easy to strip, and the yield can be greatly improved. The device is simple, the operation is convenient, the production steps are few, and the method is suitable for large-scale production. By adopting intercalation and oxidation, the prepared graphene has good reduction effect and dispersion effect and few defects. The method adopts a novel cheap nontoxic oxidant, so that the graphene preparation process is fast, the layering effect is fast, the layering distance is large, the oxygen-containing functional groups are sufficient, the cost is low, and no pollution is caused. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic flow chart a method for the preparation of graphene modified metal. (Drawing includes non-English language text).
