▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Reduced graphene oxide-based biosensor, comprises nano-structure field-effect transistor comprising a channel region which comprises reduced graphene oxide having a linking moiety which is to be bonded to a receptor specific to an analyte. USE - The reduced graphene oxide-based biosensor is useful for detecting an analyte (all claimed), and also used for diagnosing various diseases. ADVANTAGE - The reduced graphene oxide-based biosensor enables to detect analyte in a rapid manner, and which has enhanced sensitivity, selectivity and bioactivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Reduced graphene oxide-based biosensor, comprises a nano-structure field-effect transistor comprising a channel region which comprises reduced graphene oxide having a linking moiety which is to be bonded to a receptor specific to an analyte and the linking moiety having formula (I): B(C=O)BXBCOOH (I). X=1-3C alkenylene or 1-3C alkylene, preferably vinylene. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for detecting an analyte using the reduced graphene oxide-based biosensor.
