NOVELTY - Preparing high-temperature-resistant flame-retardant expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam board comprises uniformly mixing and stirring to become the main ingredient including 25-30 pts. wt. graphene ESP particles, 8-10 pts. wt. epoxy modified silicone resin, 40-60 pts. wt. melamine resin, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.5-1 pts. wt. flame retardant and 10-20 pts. wt. high temperature resistant filler, filling auxiliary plate with fire extinguishing powder, so that a multiple cavities containing fire extinguishing powder are formed in the auxiliary plate, uniformly coating surface of the auxiliary board filled with fire extinguishing powder with a layer of heatproof adhesive, and sealing the extinguishing powder into the multiple cavities inside the auxiliary plate, pasting two auxiliary boards coated with fireproof adhesive on both sides of the main board respectively to obtain combined board, and pasting the two load-bearing boards on both sides of the composite board. USE - The board is useful for building wall, roof heat preservation, composite board heat preservation refrigerator, air conditioner, vehicle, heat preservation and heat insulation of floor, heating and decoration engraving. ADVANTAGE - The board: is simple and easy to operate; has high production efficiency, high structural strength, high stability, good oxidation resistance, high thermal stability, not easy to change color, and good high temperature resistance and flame retardant effect; increases structural strength and structural stability of the high temperature resistant flame-retardant ESP plate, and heatproof flame retardant effect of the auxiliary plate; and meets high temperature.
