NOVELTY - Thionine is dissolved in a buffer solution having pH of 6.5-8.5 to obtain thionine solution. Three-dimensional graphene is submerged on the thionine solution to obtain thionine-modified three-dimensional graphene material. USE - Manufacture of thionine-modified three-dimensional graphene material used as base electrode. ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides thionine-modified three-dimensional graphene material having macroporous and mesoporous structure, and excellent conductivity, by simple method.
