▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The electromechanical switch has an elastic conductive layer (40) made of 1-500 layers of graphene, whose one end contacts a source electrode (50) and another end arranged above a drain electrode (20). A gate electrode (10) is arranged between two ends of the elastic conductive layer that bends by the application of an electric field. USE - Electromechanical switch. ADVANTAGE - The life span and switching characteristics are improved and the power consumption is reduced by using graphene that is more stable in air. The switch with high uniformity and reproducibility is manufactured easily. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method of manufacturing electromechanical switch.
