▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing breathable and sweat-removing flexible electrode comprises (i) using the hydrophilic layer material to obtain small-pore hydrophilic layer by any one of the electrospinning method, breath diagram method, phase transition method or the plasma treatment method, (ii) using the hydrophobic layer material for preparing the macroporous hydrophobic layer by any one of the electrospinning method, electrostatic spray method or the hot pressing method, and (iii) preparing conductive layer by vacuum evaporation method, electrostatic spray method or dipping method to obtain desired flexible electrode. USE - The electrode is used in metal nanoparticle, metal nanowire or metal nanosheet, and carbon material including carbon nanotube, carbon black, graphene or Mxene, and conductive polymer including polypyrrole, polyaniline or PEDOT:PSS (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrode: can transmit the sweat from the sensor/skin interface to the outside of the sensor and surface evaporate; avoids the accumulation of sweat; improves the precision and wearing comfort of the electrode under the condition of sweating and long-term monitoring.
