NOVELTY - Fiber comprises ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene powder, graphene, crosslinking agent, curing agent, initiator and antioxidant. USE - Used as fiber. ADVANTAGE - The fiber has heat resistance, creep resistance (claimed), wear resistance, impact resistance, self-lubricating property, corrosion resistance, low temperature resistance, low density, does not absorbs water, does not adhere easily and long service life and is non-toxic. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing fiber comprising passing ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene powder through solvent swelling to obtain pores, adding crosslinking agent, curing agent, initiator, antioxidant, graphene and solvent, infiltrating composite modifying agent, penetrating uniformly into the pores of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene powder, mixing uniformly, spinning through screw extruder, removing the solvent through drafting to obtain ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene fiber and irradiating by crosslinking agent.
