▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Droplet digital PCR system with graphene heating comprises a graphene heating sheet (5), a droplet digital PCR microfluidic chip (3), a liquid inlet system (4), a temperature measurement and control system (1) and fluorescence detection image acquisition system (2). The droplet digital PCR microfluidic chip includes a PDMS chip and a glass sheet. The bottom surface of the PDMS chip is etched with channels. The bottom surface of the PDMS chip is bonded to one surface of the glass sheet to form a flow channel. The flow channel includes a liquid inlet, a liquid inlet channel, a reaction channel and a liquid outlet. The liquid inlet, the liquid inlet flow channel, the reaction flow channel and the liquid outlet are sequentially connected. The liquid inlet flow channel is used for condensing the two-phase fluid input from the liquid inlet system to generate a PCR reaction liquid, and the PCR reaction liquid is in the form of droplets in the reaction flow channel. USE - Used as a droplet digital PCR system with graphene heating. ADVANTAGE - The system shortens amplification time.
