▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The electronic circuit comprises a switch (2) that is provided with an active graphene element. The switch contacts are led to the surface of a document. The switch is connected to the microprocessors (4) and antenna (3). The active graphene element includes graphene layer that is disposed on a polymer layer. The switch is located between the microprocessor and antenna. The graphene in the graphene layer is provided in pure or doped form. The touch switch includes two layers of polymer. The graphene layer is arranged between two layers of polymer. USE - Electronic circuit for use in a microprocessor of a proximity document, such as credit card, biometric passport, driving license, vehicle transport tickets, electronic student card, electronic library card, parking card, electronic purse and entrance doors (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electronic circuit comprises a switch that is provided with an active graphene element, and hence enables the identification, tracking movement and constant monitoring of behavior of a person, reduces the costs and increases the sensitivity and reliability.
