NOVELTY - Hydrogel comprises 15-25 pts. wt. sphingosine WL glue and 1-4 pts. wt. citric acid. USE - The hydrogel is useful in preparation of wound dressing (claimed) for preventing skin wound and inhibiting Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. ADVANTAGE - The hydrogel has good stability in an aqueous solution and high porosity, is not easily hydrolyzed, and reduces risk of maceration of wound and healthy tissue. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: preparation method of the sphingosine-based hydrogel involves dispersing graphene oxide in ultrapure water, obtaining graphene oxide dispersion liquid, dispersing sphingosine WL glue and citric acid in ultrapure water, obtaining base liquid, adding the graphene oxide dispersion into the base solution, removing the bubbles in the mixed solution after mixing to obtain a hydrogel pre-solution, spreading the hydrogel pre-solution on the mold, drying the mixture at 30°C, and heating to 80°C for reaction for 24 hours; and use of the hydrogel, in preparation of wound dressing.
