NOVELTY - Push rod piston leather cup comprises 70-85 pts. wt. ethylene propylene rubber, 5-13 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 10-17 pts. wt. natural rubber, 3-8 pts. wt. tall oil modified phenolic resin, 3-5 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1.1-2.5 pts. wt. stearic acid, 2-5 pts. wt. magnesium methacrylate, 25-42 pts. wt. composite filler, 3-9 pts. wt. maleic anhydride acylated chitosan, 2.5-3.8 pts. wt. cross-linking agent bis(t-butylperoxy isopropyl)benzene (BIPB), 0.7-1.4 pts. wt. auxiliary cross-linking agent, 4-7.8 pts. wt. castor oil, 2-6 pts. wt. erucamide, 1-3 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0.5-1.8 pts. wt. accelerant, 0.5-2 pts. wt. antiaging agent, 1-5 crown ether 18-C-6, and 1-3 pts. wt. (4-pentylphenyl)boronic acid. USE - The cup is useful for automobile anti-lock brake system (ABS) (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The leather cup: has good compactness, compression deformation, wear resistance, good fatigue resistance and aging resistance, thus ensuring the use reliability and sensitivity of ABS system, with good durability and long service life; and has economical and simple preparation process with high material utilization rate, high productivity leather cup precision. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the push rod piston leather cup comprising (a) plasticizing ethylene propylene rubber, nitrile rubber and natural rubber in an internal mixer for 60-150 seconds, then mixing with zinc oxide, stearic acid, magnesium methacrylate and antiaging agent for 30-90 seconds, adding tall oil modified phenolic resin, maleic anhydride acylated chitosan, coupling agent and accelerator for 90-180 seconds, mixing with castor oil, erucyl amide, 4-pentyl phenyl boronic acid and crown ether 18-C-6 for 120-280 seconds, adding composite filler and mixing for 60-150 seconds, discharging rubber at 130-140 degrees C to obtain the primary mixed rubber, (b) incubating the primary mixed rubber for 10-15 hours, placing in an open mill, mixing cross-linking agent BIPB and auxiliary cross-linking agent for 500-600 seconds, adjusting the roller distance to 5-7 mm, thin-through, triangular bag, adjusting the roller distance to less than 4 mm, discharging the sheet at 110-125 degrees C and obtaining the secondary mixed rubber, and (c) injecting the secondary mixed rubber into an injection pressure injection mold, vulcanizing, freezing to remove the flash, and cleaning to obtain the leather cup.
