▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin-based felt by suspension blending method, comprises: preparing suspension by mixing ethanol and deionized water, dissolving modifier, mechanically stirring and ultrasonic device auxiliary processing, then adding e.g. nanoparticle solution, mechanical stirring and ultrasonic device auxiliary processing to obtain a stable suspension; adding resin fiber into the suspension, then adding desized carbon fiber (7), stirring and uniformly mixing the two fibers to obtain the slurry; and removing out slurry using a container and passing into a filter to obtain a layer of thin carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin base felt material with a thickness of 3-5 mm at each layer, then stacking multiple layers of thin carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin-based felt material together, drying in a drying box (4) at 100-200℃, needling (14), and hot pressing (16) to obtain the carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin-based felt. USE - The carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin-based felt is useful in preparing carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin matrix composite material (claimed) used in automotive industry. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin base felt material and composite material with excellent mechanical strength, heat resistance, and chemical resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin-based felt by suspension blending method, comprises: (i) preparing suspension by mixing ethanol and deionized water in a mass ratio of 95:5 as solvent, dissolving modifier to obtain a solution with a concentration of 3 wt.%, mechanically stirring and ultrasonic device auxiliary processing for 30 minutes, then adding 0.2 wt.% nanoparticle solution, 0.125% Triton X-100(Non-ionic surfactant) and 1.25% polyethylene glycol (PEG)-100000, mechanical stirring and ultrasonic device (10) auxiliary processing for 30-60 minutes to obtain a stable suspension, where the modifying agent is KH550(3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane), KH560(3-glycidoxypropyl)trimethoxysilane), KH570(γ-methacryloyloxypropyltrimethoxysilane), N-methyl pyrrolidone and/or maleic anhydride, and the nanoparticle is carbon nanotube, nano-silicon dioxide and/or graphene oxide; (ii) adding resin fiber into the suspension, then adding desized carbon fiber (7) into the suspension, stirring through two groups of relative blade (8) to form turbulent flow, and uniformly mixing the two fibers using ultrasonic devices for 30-60 minutes to obtain the slurry, where the mass concentration of resin and carbon total fiber in the slurry is 0.01-5 wt.%, the carbon fiber or resin fiber accounts to 20-80% of the total fiber content, and the resin fiber is made of thermoplastic resin; and (iii) removing out slurry using a container and passing into a filter (12) to obtain a layer of thin carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin-based felt material with a thickness of 3-5 mm at each layer, then stacking multiple layers of thin carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin-based felt material together, drying in a drying box (4) at 100-200℃, needling (14), and hot pressing (16) to obtain the carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin-based felt. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin matrix composite material by suspension blending, comprising preparing carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin-based felt, as mentioned by the above method, and hot-pressing the carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin-based felt material at 110-400℃ for 0.5-10 minutes to obtain the carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin-based composite material.
