NOVELTY - A boron-doped graphene reinforced copper-based composite material is doped with boron on the graphene sheet to form boron-doped graphene. The boron-doped graphene is uniformly distributed in the copper substrate, and a copper-boron-carbon bond is formed between the graphene and the copper substrate. USE - Boron-doped graphene reinforced copper-based composite material. ADVANTAGE - The copper-based composite material uses boron-doped graphene as a reinforcement, which effectively increases the bonding interface between copper and graphene, and improves the interface electron transmission. The boron-doped graphene is doped with boron on a complete graphene sheet, which basically does not damage the structural integrity of graphene. The electron transport performance of graphene is better after boron doping, and at the same time, copper-boron-carbon bonds can be formed between the graphene and the copper substrate, thereby giving consideration to interface bonding and electron transport. The method combines graphene doping, copper raw material and reinforcement mixing, heat treatment and other processes to successfully prepare a copper-based composite material with uniformly distributed boron-doped graphene. The tensile strength of the boron-doped graphene reinforced copper-based composite material is not less than 308.6 MPa, and the electrical conductivity is not less than 90.6% IACS. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation of the boron-doped graphene reinforced copper-based composite material, which involves (1) mixing boric acid and graphene, and performing heating treatment in an inert gas environment to obtain boron-doped graphene, (2) mixing boron-doped graphene and copper powder uniformly to obtain boron-doped graphene/copper preformed powder, compacting the preformed powder, molding and then sintering by vacuum hot pressing to obtain a boron-doped graphene/copper composite material, and then heat-treating in an inert gas environment.
