▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves preparing quantum dot microsphere solution. A graphene powder is dispersed in the quantum dot microsphere solution that is added and mixed with quantum dot microsphere, fluorescent powder, Graphite powder and packaging material to obtain a mixed solution that is utilized in LED devices, where the quantum dot microsphere is included with mesopore material microspheres and quantum dots. The quantum dots are dispersed in a medium hole of the mesopore material microsphere. The quantum dot microsphere is prepared by performing swelling process. USE - LED device manufacturing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables replacing quantum dot powder by using the quantum dot microsphere, utilizing the quantum dot microsphere with a graphene so as to prevent a quantum point from quenching, thus maintaining luminous performance of the quantum dots in an effective manner, hence ensuring the LED device with high light conversion efficiency and high luminous efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The mesopore material microspheres are selected as a mesoporous Silicon dioxide microsphere. The packaging material is selected as organic Silicon resin, Epoxy resin, UV curing glue and organic polymer.
