NOVELTY - Preparing nano silver wire/bianstone fiber antibacterial material comprises (1) dissolving polyvinyl pyrrolidone, iodide and bianstone powder in ethylene glycol in a mass ratio of 160-260:1:30-50, stirring and dissolving to obtain solution A, (2) dissolving the silver nitrate in the glycol solution, stirring to dissolve, the mass ratio of silver nitrate and stone powder is 1: 1-3 to obtain solution B, (3) stirring the A solution and heating to 140-180degrees Celsius, adding the B into the A solution, (4) fully reacting, cooling to room temperature, washing with organic solvent to obtain nano silver wire/bianstone powder, (5) dissolving 30-35 pts. wt. nano silver wire/bianstone powder in 40-60 pts. wt. polar solvent, adding 25-30 pts. wt. chitosan, magnetically stirring at room temperature for 30-60 minutes, mixing to prepare uniform spinning solution with concentration of 1-65 wt.%, (6) spinning the spinning solution by electrostatic spinning device. USE - The nano silver wire/ bianstone fiber antibacterial material is useful in textile socks. ADVANTAGE - The material has good antibacterial effect and antibacterial rate is more than 98%; and is prepared by simple process and easy to operate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for nano silver wire/ bianstone fiber antibacterial material prepared by above method.
