NOVELTY - A diamond alkene artificial joint comprises joint head and socket joint, where the socket joint comprises metal substrate, the metal substrate surface is provided with superfine diamond graphene layer, the superfine diamond graphene layer comprises nanometer diamond alkene, the socket joint is made from rare nano-diamond system and polyethylene at a volume ratio of 2:3 or 1:1, the socket joint surface roughness is less than 0.1 micron and the nanometer diamond alkene is carbon atom of the same sheet and layer-shaped crystal structure. USE - Diamond alkene artificial joint for use in modified epoxy resin adhesive (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The artificial joint has high hardness, better wear resistance property and prolonged sing life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A diamond alkene artificial joint comprises joint head and socket joint, where the socket joint comprises metal substrate, the metal substrate surface is provided with superfine diamond graphene layer, the superfine diamond graphene layer comprises nanometer diamond alkene, the socket joint is made from rare nano-diamond system and polyethylene at a volume ratio of 2:3 or 1:1, the socket joint surface roughness is less than 0.1 micron, the nanometer diamond alkene is carbon atom of the same sheet and layer-shaped crystal structure, the nanometer diamond between olefinic carbon atom is connected with carbon atom to sp3 hybrid orbital carbon bond and sp2 hybridized carbon bond, the nanodiamond lattice spacing is 0.21 nm, nanometer diamond alkene is R, R is 20-500 nm and nanodiamond alkenyl carbon content is 99-100%. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a diamond alkene artificial joint.
