▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene oxide-silica hybrid particle composite fiber super/microfiltration membrane is prepared by placing casting solution in pressurized degassing tank, controlling tank pressure of 0.1-0.2 MPa and temperature to 40-60 degrees C, casting the casting liquid from spinneret continuously to outer wall of braided tube, controlling the number of turns around wire to 10-30 rpm, controlling temperature of primary solidification bath solution to 20-25 degrees C, immersing membrane in secondary coagulation bath solution at 50-60 degrees C and immersing membrane in deionized water for 20-24 hours. USE - Preparation of graphene oxide-silica hybrid particle composite fiber super/microfiltration membrane (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene oxide-silica hybrid particle composite fiber super/microfiltration membrane with excellent tensile strength, dispersibility with respect to graphene oxide-silica hybrid particles, anti-pollution characteristics and antibacterial property, and high membrane area, flux rate and rejection rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene oxide-silica hybrid particles are prepared by preparing mixed solution of 60-95 wt.% absolute ethanol and pure water, adding 2-50 mg graphene oxide powder to 1 L mixed solution, adjusting pH value to 8-9, to obtain alkaline solution, dripping 0.5-5 mL ethyl orthosilicate to 1 L alkaline solution, ultrasonically processing mixture, storing mixture at room temperature, centrifuging mixture, cleaning filter cake with ethanol, vacuum freeze-drying particles and storing particles. A casting solution is prepared by adding 0.1-1 %mass oxidized graphene-silica hybrid particles to 60-91 %mass organic solvent, high-speed stirring mixture, adding solubilizing agent to organic solvent in mass ratio of 1:0.015-0.45, evenly mixing mixture, adding 0-8 wt.% polymer pore-forming agent and 8-25 wt.% high-molecular polymer, stirring at 40-90 degrees C for 15-30 hours and vacuum deaerating mixture for 10-24 hours. The stain removal of surface of braided tube is carried out by immersing braided tube in boiling alkaline solution with concentration of 10-15% for 10-30 minutes, washing braided tube with deionized water, removing residual alkali solution on braided tube and drying braided tube. Graphene oxide-silica hybrid particle composite fiber super/microfiltration membrane is prepared by placing casting solution in pressurized degassing tank, controlling tank pressure of 0.1-0.2 MPa and temperature to 40-60 degrees C, controlling number of revolutions to 5-20 rpm with respect to rotation around the wheel, casting the casting liquid from spinneret continuously to outer wall of braided tube, controlling the number of turns around wire to 10-30 rpm, controlling temperature of primary solidification bath solution to 20-25 degrees C, immersing membrane in secondary coagulation bath solution at 50-60 degrees C and immersing membrane in deionized water for 20-24 hours.
