NOVELTY - A graphene oxide as carrier wrapped with nano zero valent iron is prepared by grinding weighed ferrous sulfate and sodium borohydride into mortar for 10 minutes to obtain solid phase medium, mixing tea polyphenol, agar, and mixed aqueous solution of starch solution as liquid phase medium, adding liquid phase medium to solid phase medium, stirring into rheological phase body, reacting at 20-25 degrees C for 2 hours, dissolving graphene oxide in ethanol, ultrasonically dispersing modified graphene oxide in water for 1-3 hours, adding nano zero valent iron, stirring and filtering, washing, and drying. USE - Preparation of graphene oxide as carrier wrapped with nano zero valent iron for adsorption of chromium ion (Cr+6) in treated water (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Product is cheap. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene oxide as carrier wrapped with nano zero valent iron is prepared by grinding weighed ferrous sulfate and sodium borohydride into mortar for 10 minutes to obtain solid phase medium, mixing tea polyphenol, agar, and mixed aqueous solution of starch solution as liquid phase medium, adding liquid phase medium to solid phase medium at mass ratio of 10-25:1, stirring into rheological phase body, reacting at 20-25 degrees C for 2 hours, washing reaction product with anhydrous alcohol for 3 times to obtain nano zero valent iron, placing in vacuum drying box, dissolving graphene oxide in ethanol and forming 2-4 mg/L 1st mixture, stirring 100 mass parts of 1st mixture and 10 mass parts of polyacrylate for 5-10 minutes, adding 10 mass parts of ethylene glycol butyl ether, stirring for 5-10 minutes, adding 5 mass parts of polyoxyethylene octyl phenyl ether, stirring for 5-10 minutes, adding 10 mass parts of silicone-modified urethane hydroxy alkyl acrylate, stirring for 5-10 minutes, adding 5 mass parts of trimethylolpropane bisacrylate, stirring for 5-10 minutes, adding 10 mass parts of propoxylated neopentyl glycol diacrylate, stirring for 5-10 minutes, adding 10 mass parts of ethylene glycol monomethyl ether, stirring for 5-10 minutes, adding 5 mass parts of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, stirring for 5-10 minutes, standing for 1-2 hours and filtering solid, alternately washing with alcohol and deionized water for 4 times, drying at 25-35 degrees C to obtain modified graphene oxide in which stirring processes are performed at 30-40 degrees C, ultrasonically dispersing modified graphene oxide in water for 1-3 hours, adding nano zero valent iron, fully stirring and filtering, washing, and drying. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for adsorption of chromium ion (Cr+6) in treated water using graphene oxide as carrier wrapped with nano zero valent iron which involves adding 1-2 g of graphene oxide as carrier wrapped with nano zero valent iron per liter of water, controlling solution temperature to 20-30 degrees C, fully absorbing and oscillating to completely react, and filtering by filter film.
